WHAT: ABC for Health’s universal health care plan for Wisconsin, the “Pathway Plan.” The Pathway Plan will improve and extend BadgerCare Plus coverage and include a buy-in component for individuals, small businesses and other employers. In response to the needs of consumers, the Pathway Plan will create The Office of Health Care Advocacy and Outreach to include a comprehensive advocacy component featuring health benefits counselors, health care navigators, and independent outreach and enrollment brokers.
