HealthWatch Wisconsin Annual Conference 2009

Enjoy two days of learning as experts from across Wisconsin share resources, tips and strategies for working with Wisconsin's health care consumers. Network with agencies, providers, academics and legislators in a setting committed to assuring a more sufficient, competent and coordinated public health workforce. View our Conference Agenda. There are Two Easy Ways to Register!

2. Register Online. Select the appropriate link from the choices below.
Register for only one day or both days of the conference! Prices range from $20 to $215. Click on the link below that fits your schedule. This will take you to a Pay Pal site. This is a two-step process.
1) Pay for your registration using a credit card or your Pay Pal account. Once you have completed your transaction, YOU AREN'T DONE!! Click on the ORANGE"Return to ABC for Health, Inc." button that appears below your shipping/contact information. This will take you to the Conference Registration page.
2) Fill in the requested fields on this registration page. Please be complete! You will only be registered once you click "SUBMIT."

Register Early! Registration is open December 1, 2008 through February 1, 2009. Any registrations on or after February 2, 2009 will be subject to a late fee. As always, there is a deep discount for registered members of HealthWatch Wisconsin - you pay less than half the regular conference fee! Group Discounts Available! Register with your co-workers! For every 10 individuals registered from your agency or organization, you will receive 2 free conference registrations! We are working to include Continuing Education Credits for most professionals! Conference participants are responsible for their own lodging accommodations.
If you plan to stay at the conference hotel either the night of February 8, 9 or 10, please mention the "HealthWatch Wisconsin Block" to get the discounted room rate of $94.00 for rooms with one bed (1 to 2 people), $104.00 for rooms with two beds (1 to 2 people), and $134.00 for suites. Rates do not include taxes of 5.5% for the state or 9% for the city, if applicable. Hotel check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out time is before 12 p.m. Reservations can be made at the Inn on the Park by phone: (608) 285-8000 or (800) 279-8811. The rates quoted above are good until January 9, 2009.
