ABC for Health produces many publications containing a wealth of information about health care, important to the consumer and advocate alike. The following are publications available for download. 	The 2009 Pathway Plan This document details a proposal to provide health insurance for all Wisconsin residents. Key components of The Pathway Plan are spreading the risk amongst larger pools of people, promoting outreach and a public-private partnership, and using the benefits offered by the existing BadgerCare Plus Standard Plan.
